Peter is a recognized leader in marketing with more than 25 year of industry experience in brand building and lead generation programming. His past experience has included highly successful careers at several top global communication agencies such as Frankel & Company, Y&R/Wunderman and as a client for Taco Bell Inc.
In 1998, Peter founded PMJ Group with a model that focused on delivering high quality work at exceptional value by streamlining the process and reducing the burdens of cost and time often experienced with traditional marketing services organizations. The success of the PMJ Group model has attracted many large and privately held companies; and with it a team of the best and brightest marketing talent in the industry.
Throughout his career, Peter has set strategies for leading retail brands such as Office Depot, Restaurant.com, SC. Johnson, Sears, JC Whitney, Kraft, Citibank , Ace Cash Express, McDonalds, Blockbuster, O-Cedar, Comcast, Pepsi, Harrah’s Casino and Taco Bell. He was also instrumental in creating marketing standards and practices and a global training program for Pepsi-Cola International.
He has also has created memorable, sales-driven campaigns for Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, OneChicago, Georgia Pacific, Allstate, Citibank and Accenture and created and participated in numerous research and methodologies to better understand purchase behavior activity for clients like University of Chicago, Restaurant.com and Ace Cash Express.
Peter serves on the Board of Directors for Chicago Youth Programs and Radux Medical Devices Inc. He is a member and active participant on the marketing communications committee for the Executive Club of Chicago and the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.
He is currently co- authoring the book, Successful Promotion – Concepts and Careers in Behavioral Based Marketing, slated for release to the college market in Fall 2016.

Bob is a classically trained design/creative who enjoys working as part of a creative team. In the past, Bob worked for Wunderman, as the AD lead on the below-the-line integrated Microsoft account. Jim Litwin has over 30 years strategic marketing experience and has been head of Strategic Planning at The PMJ Group since 2010. Previously, he was the VP Market Insights at Vertis Communications, responsible for marketing research and new product development at this large printing/communications company, CMO at CPI Corp. (Sears Portrait Studio), Dir. of Database Marketing at News America Marketing., SVP Strategic Planning at Wunderman/Y&R (working on mostly retail accounts like Taco Bell, Blockbuster, Sears, RadioShack, Chevron, etc.). He also spent time at Frankel on the national McDonald's account, FCB/Impact on Pepsi and was in Brand Management at Coors and Heublein. He has his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School.
Scott is a 360 activation marketing professional. With more than 15 years of experience working with the largest companies in virtually every business category, he is a brand messaging strategist, shopper marketing conceptor, copywriter and creative team leader with a truly integrated background. His experience includes retail concepting, brand launch, packaging, merchandising, advertising and digital integration for a number of well-known technology, package good, fast food and retail clients.
Scott also provides a vast depth of knowledge with big box retailers including Sam’s Club, Walmart, Home Depot, TSC, K-Mart and Sears. Gary is a 25 year veteran of computing and well respected in the industry as a certified specialist in SEO/SEM. For over 15 years he has successfully managed a consultancy working with agencies and companies throughout the United States to develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies. Recognized for his strategic as well as creative skills, Larry Minsky’s broad experience as a college professor/marketing strategist/creative director/copywriter includes: brand strategy and development as well as all forms of advertising, brand activation, new product development, local store marketing, direct response, interactive, online marketing, channel communications, trade show marketing, in-store marketing, content marketing, and more.
In addition to teaching in the Marketing Communication Department at Columbia College, Larry is a best-selling author and editor of books on advertising and marketing, has written for the Harvard Business Review online network, and, has been a guest speaker at conferences and universities. What's more he has been quoted in the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, San Diego Union Tribune, Exame (Brazil's largest business and economics magazine), and AARP The Magazine, and many more outlets as well as interviewed on television and on radio talk shows across the country.
